General information

The online store Woodfiremet.com offers its customers products that can be purchased via the website. It is also possible to order custom-made products.

The prices listed in the online store are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 §1 of the Civil Code. They also do not reflect the current stock levels.

All products available in the store are original, new, and free from defects.

Prices and orders

The prices of biofireplaces and accessories listed on the website are gross prices (including 23% VAT). Orders can be placed via the online form, by phone, or by email.

The price of a custom-made product is determined individually. Upon the customer’s request, a VAT invoice is issued.

The company begins order processing after receiving an advance payment of at least 50% of the purchase price. Receipt of payment is confirmed electronically and constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract.

To place an order, it is necessary to provide personal data (phone number and email address).

Delivery

Products available in stock are shipped within 7 days from the date the payment is credited. The fulfillment time for custom orders is determined individually.

If the delivery time is extended, the customer will be informed by phone or email. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

The delivery cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and is determined by the courier company. For orders consisting of multiple items, the shipping cost is charged once.

The order delivery time = shipping time + delivery time. Deliveries are carried out by courier or transport companies within 1–7 business days from the shipment date.

Payments

The buyer may choose from various payment methods. Woodfiremet.com reserves the right to limit payment methods or require prepayment.

Right of withdrawal

Each customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for products made to individual order (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

To withdraw from the contract, a statement must be sent to sale@woodfiremet.com or by post to: Bizneson Sp. z o.o., ul. Rakowicka 10B, apt. 4, 31-511 Kraków.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, Woodfiremet.com will refund all payments received within 14 days from receiving information about the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The company has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are returned. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notification to the company’s registered address. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Complaints

Complaints may be submitted only in written form to the company’s email address. A complaint should include:

• in the subject line: “Complaint” + order number and proof of purchase;
• the buyer’s contact details;
• product name and code;
• a description of the issue;
• photos showing the defects (if possible).

After reviewing the complaint, the company will inform the customer about the outcome and the method of resolving the issue (by phone or email) within the timeframe required by law.

Personal data

By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of personal data necessary to fulfill the order. The data remains confidential and is not used for any other purposes.
